Melvin Yudis, M.D. fulfilled his straight medical internship and earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in 1963. Dr. Yudis completed his internal medicine residency and his nephrology fellowship at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is certified by the American Society of Hypertension as a specialist in Clinical Hypertension and is a member of American College of Physicians, American Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology, International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis and American Society of Hypertension as well as a Fellow of the National Kidney Foundation. Dr. Yudis currently serves as the medical director of DaVita Dialysis Center in Huntingdon Valley. He is on the medical staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Nazareth Hospital and sees office patients in the Willow Grove and Philadelphia office. He has published in professional medical journals and has served as Division Chief of Nephrology and Director of the Hemodialysis Unit at Abington Memorial Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and keeping active.

Robert A. Sirota, M.D. earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 1973. Dr. Sirota then completed his internship, residency and Chief Residency in internal medicine at Yale New-Haven Hospital and his nephrology fellowship at the Harvard service of Massachusetts General Hospital and the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He currently serves as the medical director of DaVita Davisville Dialysis Center in Willow Grove. Dr. Sirota is certified by the American Society of Hypertension as a Specialist in Clinical Hypertension and is a member of the International Society of Nephrology, American Society of Hypertension, International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis, and Renal Physicians Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and recently became a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology. Dr. Sirota and his wife have three married sons and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Dr. Sirota enjoys photography and travel.

Harold D. Stein, M.D. earned his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in 1976. Dr. Stein completed his internal medicine residency including a year of Chief Residency at the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center and his nephrology fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He currently serves as the medical director of DaVita Abington Dialysis Center in Abington and is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, American Society of Artificial Internal Organs and Renal Physicians Associates and is certified as a specialist in clinical Hypertension by the American Society of Hypertension. Brian C. Cronin, M.D. earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College (1993) and medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry (1997). Dr. Cronin completed his internal medicine residency and his nephrology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (1997-2002). He is board certified in both Internal Medicine (initial certification 2000, recertification 2010) and Nephrology (initial certification 2002, recertification 2012). He has also been designated by the American Society of Hypertension as a Clinical Specialist in Hypertension in 2005. Dr. Cronin has been with Hypertension-Nephrology Associates since 2002. He is on the medical staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Nazareth Hospital and sees office patients in the Willow Grove and Philadelphia office. Lawrence Freitas, M.D. earned his medical degree from Ross University Medical School in 2002. Juanita Kcomt, M.D. earned her medical degree from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarrea in Lima, Peru in 1993. Dr. Kcomt completed her internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and her nephrology fellowship as well as her endocrinology fellowship was completed at Tulane University Hospital. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Endocrinology. She is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation and Renal Physicians Associates. Jennifer Forik, MSN, CRNP, ANP-BC earned her Bachelors of Nursing from La Salle University in 2007. She immediately began working in the medical intensive care unit at Abington Memorial Hospital as a staff nurse where she became certified in continuous renal replacement therapy. In 2012, Jennifer completed her Nurse Practitioners’ Master’s Degree with a focus in adult care at LaSalle University. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Jennifer is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and maintains her certification in Basic Life Support as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
