Dr. GronichJoseph H. Gronich, M.D. earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine New York State Program in 1982. Dr. Gronich completed his residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago and his Nephrology fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Following his fellowship, he remained on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School for four additional years. He spent one year as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Case Western University Hospital. He is well published in peer reviewed scientific journals. He is board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He currently serves as the Medical Director at FMC Abington and DaVita Cheltenham. He is on the medical staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Nazareth Hospital. He sees patients in the Willow Grove office and Philadelphia office. His activities involve inpatient and outpatient Nephrology and teaching. His clinical interest is glomerular diseases.

Victor GhantousVictor E. Ghantous, M.D. earned his medical degree from St. Joseph’s University in 1990. He completed his Internal Medicine residency followed by his Nephrology fellowship at the Hospital of Saint Raphael/ Yale New Haven affiliated program.

He currently serves as the Nephrology Division Chief at Abington-Jefferson Health. He is the Medical Director of the acute dialysis unit at Abington Memorial Hospital-Jefferson health. He is also the Medical Director of two, 5-star CMS-rated chronic dialysis centers: Davita Abington and Davita Franklin Commons. He is board certified in Nephrology/Internal medicine. He is a fellow at the American College of physicians, and a member of the American Society of Nephrology. He is published in professional medical journals.

In addition to Abington Hospital-Jefferson health he is also on staff at Holy Redeemer Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Nazareth Hospital. He sees office patients in the Willow Grove, Philadelphia and Blue bell offices. He has been recognized as a “Top Doc” by Philadelphia Magazine for 10 years consecutively (2011-2020). Dr. CroninBrian C. Cronin, M.D. FACP, FASN earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Boston College (1993) and medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry (1997).  Dr. Cronin completed his Internal Medicine residency and his Nephrology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (1997-2002).  He is board certified in both Internal Medicine (initial certification 2002, recertification 2010 and 2020) and Nephrology (initial certification 2002, recertification 2012).  He has also been designated by the American Society of Hypertension as a Clinical Specialist in Hypertension in 2005 and redesignated in 2015.  Dr. Cronin has been with Hypertension Nephrology Associates since 2002.  His is on the medical staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center and Nazareth Hospital and sees patients in the Willow Grove and Philadelphia office.  His clinical interests include all ranges of kidney disease, electrolyte disorder, hypertension, dialysis and kidney stones.  Dr. Cronin is the Chief of The Division of Nephrology at Holy Redeemer Hospital and the Medical Director at DaVita Wyncote and DaVita Willow Grove Dialysis Centers. Dr. Cronin lives in Huntington Valley with his wife and three children.

Dr. Freitas works as an International Nephrologist at Hypertension Nephrology Associates Vascular Center and is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology and Renal Physician Association. Winston W. ShuWinston W. Majid A. KhanMajid A. Dr Levin MizrahiLissa Levin Mizrahi, MD earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 2005. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and her Nephrology Fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine. After working as a nephrologist for several years, she completed a Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Following the transplant fellowship, she spent a number of years working as a Transplant Nephrologist at a Transplant Center. Dr. Levin Mizrahi is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She is published in several peer-reviewed journals and has taught numerous medical school classes. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the American Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Transplantation, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Montgomery County Medical Society. She serves on staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Nazareth Hospital, and she sees patients at the Willow Grove, Philadelphia, and Blue Bell offices. Dr Saad KhanDr. Saad Khan earned his medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College in 2012. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Interfaith Medical Center and Nephrology fellowship at University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Khan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is a member of American College of Physicians, American Society of Nephrology and National Kidney Foundation. He has published in professional medical journals. His expertise includes various kidney diseases and electrolyte disorders, with particular interest in glomerular diseases and accesses for dialysis. He serves on staff at Abington Memorial Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Nazareth Hospital, and he sees patients at the Willow Grove, Philadelphia, and Blue Bell offices. He has joined the practice as Interventional Nephrologist. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and soccer and traveling with his wife and 2 kids.

 

Annmarie JohnsonAnnmarie Johnson, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC graduated from Gwynedd-Mercy College with an Associate of Science in Nursing. She went on to obtain her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from La Salle University. Annmarie achieved board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to joining HNA in January 2019, Annmarie was an independent practitioner in a retail clinic diagnosing and treating acute illnesses in patients aged 18 months to 100. Annmarie is a Certified Medical Examiner through FMSCA, a certified BLS instructor through the American Heart Association, and a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Annmarie is a frequent guest speaker on medical issues at the annual AIEG Paralegal Seminar.

Annmarie has 36 years of nursing experience which includes Surgical Intensive Care, Post-Anesthesia Care, and Oncology.

Annmarie is married with 3 adult daughters. She enjoys the times she spends with her family, family vacations, her shore home, running, Spin classes, and reading.

ashleyAshley Lynae Moyer, DNP, CRNP earned her associated degree of nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2005. She received the Oncology award. She went on to earn her Bachelors degree from Gwynedd in 2008. She began her career as a nurse working in Surgical telemetry and eventually became an ICU nurse.  She graduated from Temple University with her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2018. She is certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care through the ANCC. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and all her activities, watching her nieces play softball and soccer, and traveling.

Murielle JeantyMurielle Jeanty, MSN, APHN, CRNP started her nursing profession at Mercer County Community College where she obtained an associate degree. She pursued her career by receiving a bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University, then her master’s in Public Health Nursing from La Salle University. Murielle earned a post-master’s certificate in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Thomas Jefferson University. Murielle is a member of American Association Nurse Practitioners and Golden Key International Honor Society. Murielle traveled with Global Health Ministries several times to developing countries in the Caribbean to provide medical assistance to those in need. For fun Murielle loves music, dancing, and traveling with her family and friends.

Elizabeth TrinhElizabeth Trinh, MSN, CRNP earned her Bachelors in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in 2016 and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She went on to work as a registered nurse at the Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania on an advanced medicine floor for six years, where she also became Medical-Surgical board certified. She received her Masters in Nursing at University of Pennsylvania in 2021 and is a board certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is bilingual in both Vietnamese and English, in her free time she likes to spend time reading new books, exploring new cafes, restaurants, and pop-ups in the city in addition to spending time with her family, friends, and her Mini Austrian Shepard named Parker.
